(TFA) , as one of the leading companies in oil , gas and petrochemical industries declares its commitment to implement an ISO 9001 : 2008 Quality Management System which would improve Quality and satisfaction of customers , In this regard , TFA has defined the following objectives :

1. Improvement of the satisfaction of customers, stockholders and interested parties by continual improvement of processes.

2. Improvement of the satisfaction of employees by means of continual education, improvement of work environment of employees

To establish and implement the above objectives, Top Management has provided the required recourses and Employees consider this policy and meet the requirements of the quality management system in each step of their job task.
